No new release to announce this week. Today, the first of August, marks a transition. It’s the official end of the summer client schedule. I have tomorrow off, then Sunday begins the fall schedule. It’s a ramp up to a full schedule. I’m anticipating days when I have one to three clients. It will be like days off, since the last few weeks I’ve had six a day. This time of year, my schedule is in flux as clients decide if they’ll continue or if they’ll return from the spring.
It’s also a transition from finishing energy and releasing projects to pausing before beginning energy starts the momentum on the next in the queue. The Lost Gift was on preorder last week on all retailers. It’s available today. Today is also the official split between Findaway Voices and Spotify, so I needed to make a decision about my audiobooks. After a few changes, one of the retailers finally accepted my two boxed sets (know that those projects had been on the platform for a few years, and they changed what they wanted for the covers).
All these little shifts bring me out of the weeds and to a place of beginning. I plan to make progress on a couple of projects this next week. It’s a new month, a new schedule, and a clean plate.
